Over the past 8 years of being in the health and fitness industry, I have seen the horrifying research and effects of what being unhealthy can do to the body. It has become quite clear to me, that the Western medical industry’s role in health care is to ‘fix’ after you are already sick. The go-to option is to prescribe medication to reduce the symptoms, but never the cause.

 

There is no clear help on how to PREVENT these diseases in the first place. 

This year, our Survive to Thrive  8-week challenge goes beyond just short-term benefits (although you will get that too). You will build healthy habits and knowledge, so you are set up for success, come Monday week 9. 🤩

All these things that you will have lifetime access, to ensure you always have the support and resources to transform your life from a state of surviving to THRIVING!
