Your First Step Is Easy

Starting at CrossFit Verge is simple, no experience needed, just a willingness to give it a go.

We begin with a free 1:1 introduction session where you’ll meet a coach, chat about your goals, and get a taste of what training here feels like. You’ll learn some foundational movements and see how we adapt workouts to suit any fitness level.

 

From there, you can join our group classes feeling confident, supported, and ready to start your journey.

There’s no pressure. Just a friendly welcome, a safe environment, and a chance to see if Verge is the right fit for you.
